Automation, Integration, PLC and HMI Programming

We are familiar with a variety of industrial PLC's, including standard and safety processors. We also complete HMI programming.

We integrate and modify new, used or existing industrial robots for welding, cutting and material handling applications. Additionally, we have successfully integrated collaborative robots.

We integrate products ranging from contact and non-contact marking systems, various sensors including analog force and position sensors, stepper, servo and VFD drives, vision cameras, barcode readers, floor scanners, beacon lights and more.

Utilizing electrical design software, our team is able to design and manufacture various control panels.

We frequently assist our customers with the replacement of outdated drives, processors and other control system related devices. We also assist in replacement of outdated actuators that may come hand in hand with these drives.

With the ability to complete our manufacturing and controls in-house, we are able to confidently manufacture turnkey equipment. Our machine designs may utilize safety processors, safety relays, safety rated field devices and monitored safety rated valves to ensure operator safety.

In addition to retro-fits and service repairs, we also assist customers with improvements to machine safety. We utilize safety processors, safety relays and other field safety devices such as light curtains, areas scanners and safety monitored valves to reduce or eliminate safety hazards.
