FABRICATION

We design and fabricate custom racking for production and assembly lines. We incorporate into our designs various pick lights and sensors. When standard off the shelf products aren't exactly what you want or don't seem to last, reach out to us to see how we can help.

These lanes are used to allow pallets to be loaded and unloaded from behind with a forklift, and allow an operator to access product from the front. Pneumatic cylinders are used to singulate pallets, and return empty or collapsed packaging to the back. 

We manufacture custom gravity flow racks In various configurations. These racks can be used to support picking of product in a lean manufacturing environment, or for tote presentation line side in your assembly or inspection process.

We manufacture light duty guard rails (end posts, in-line posts, corner posts and drop in guard rails), heavy duty guard rails (fully welded from 3" Square Tube), round and square bollards, posts and stands. Everything you need to protect your machinery and staff in a manufacturing facility.

We design and fabricate a variety of frames, stands, hinges, plates and brackets.
