We offer in-house CNC machining utilizing 2D and 3D CAD/CAM software. We primarily offer quick turn around for low precision components (+/- 0.010" tolerances) used in a fabrication or tooling environment.
Welding

Our welding services primarily include MIG welding of mild steel components, although we also incorporate TIG welding of stainless and aluminum.
Laser Cutting

Laser Cutting
Our 4KW CO2 production laser is primarily used to offer laser cutting services for mild steel. Our laser currently has a significant amount of capacity available for quick turn around or high volume production runs. We maintain our up time with an annual OEM maintenance support plan.
Blasting

We blast our weldments before powder coating using aluminum oxide to remove any rust and contaminants. Our blast room can accommodate weldments that fit in our current ovens.
Powder Coating
We have a batch setup with larger hoppers as well as a cup gun system. Our small oven is 4'x4'x8' in size, and our larger oven is 6'x6'x12' in size.
